Torget 3 is a new construction project north of Eidsvoll town centre, which Romfarer arkitekter has developed in parallel with the Sundet brygge and Sollitoppen projects, which are located on the neighboring properties. Torget 3 consists of a building volume of three to five floors, which is the basis for a tower with a total of 14 floors. The tower marks the northern end of Eidsvoll town centre, and will be a fund motif at the end of Sundgata, seen from the centre.
There will be apartments of different sizes in both the base and the tower. At the top of the tower, a publicly accessible viewpoint and exhibition space are planned, while a café is planned at street level. Parking is in the basement, with direct access from the residential floors. The building will have bright, light facade materials. Balconies are planned as iron structures - as a salute to Eidsvoll's ironworks history.
