Sundet brygge is located along the west bank of Vorma, centrally located at Eidsvoll. The beach promenade from the center of Eidsvoll has been extended and integrated as part of the project. Arrangements have been made for activities for all ages, including rowing boat hire, swimming areas and playgrounds.
The building mass consists of entrance blocks with a central corridor, through apartments, apartments over two levels and townhouse apartments located against the surrounding street. The outdoor spaces are well sheltered and free from car traffic. Parking areas are laid contiguous below ground, with a drive down from the street runs.
On the ground level facing Vorma, common areas for the residents, areas for storing kayaks and a café/restaurant facing the swimming area have been incorporated.
