Stasionsløkka is a central area located in Råholt, close to the city center's functions and Eidsvoll Verk station.

The building stock consists of 11 apartment buildings with a total of 391 apartments in a combination of upstairs and downstairs blocks. The apartments are from 1 to 4 rooms. The building is differentiated with regard to height, volume build-up and facade expression.
Parking areas are contiguous below ground level. Emphasis has been placed on varied outdoor areas with good footpath connections to the station and the centre.
