Rehabilitation of the protected swimming hall and bath from 1900 in collaboration with Byantikvaren. The building's exterior, construction and some rooms are listed. The redevelopment applies to new accessibility requirements for the entire building, all former technical areas in the basement have been converted into accessible changing rooms and a new therapy pool in the old cellar.
The bathroom's other interiors have been returned and restored.
