Kindergarten for the age group 0-6 years. 4 ward kindergarten with 86 children. The nursery emphasizes movement, activity and diet. The facility therefore contains a common gymnasium in addition to departmental areas. Materials are chosen in relation to a healthy indoor climate and adaptation to the location. The building is partly over 3 floors and is located in sloping terrain with a view to Mjøsa.
The gymnasium is placed between the four departments so that the children have easy access to it. There is also a common dining room and library by the gymnasium. The gymnasium is rented out to the local area and has therefore been given windows that make the room easier to use, also as a party hall. The personnel department is located above the gymnasium, which is the largest volume, with a good view of the outdoor area and the wonderful view from the plot.
The building is located on sloping terrain and steps down with the terrain. This means that 3 out of 4 departments and the gymnasium building have direct access to the terrain.
