The building contains approximately 33 apartments and a cafe on the 1st floor. On the roof is a shared roof terrace. The building faces Sundtoppen and is regulated in detail in the Municipality's area plan in 2018. Yran & Dahle took over the project in 2021 and is redrawing the project.
