New head office for Höegh Invest at Skøyen in Oslo. Office building on 6 floors with shops and restaurants on the first floor, and garage facilities on 4 floors below street level.
The building appears transparent with large window surfaces facing Drammensveien. On the first floor, the windows are the entire height of the floor, so the floor becomes a continuation of the street outside. The restaurant on the corner opens with large glass doors towards the square.
The building is open throughout with lots of glass and rooms that open between several floors. Here, a glass staircase has also been inserted as a sculptural as well as practical element. The roof houses a large roof terrace and canteen.
